Not ideal for a budget traveler

I spent 2 nights here and honestly, the jacuzzi on the top floor was a great way to unwind after long days. the breakfast had a solid variety that kept me satisfied each morning.

It was costly but manageable.

The friendly staff exceeded my expectations, and the excellent breakfast offered a delightful start to the day. A truly memorable stay enhanced by a bustling local atmosphere.

Loved the comfy room with lots of light and amazing pastries at breakfast! The panoramic elevators were a sweet surprise.

Noise levels are a significant issue, especially in lower floor rooms where street sounds can disrupt your sleep, and you might hear your neighbors' TVs and conversations through the thin walls. Breakfast could use improvement. the options tend to be lukewarm, and the quality isn't consistent, with only basic items on offer. the gym’s equipment feels a bit outdated and could use some maintenance to enhance the workout experience. Finding your way to the single lift servicing some rooms can be a bit of a trek.

The room was spacious and well-designed, featuring a modern bathroom with a high-quality hairdryer. The 9th-floor jacuzzi was a fantastic space to unwind, and the effect of the panoramic elevator with city views was a delightful surprise!

The mini bar was not cold.

Just a great match for a quick break in Santa Cruz de Tenerife with definitely value for money. The jacuzzi on the roof was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day exploring. Make sure to reserve time for breakfast. the choices were good!

The location proved to be ideal for accessing various attractions within the city, and the room was impeccably clean, offering a refreshing space to relax. Enjoying the glass elevator with city views added a unique touch to the experience. the absence of sanitizing gel in public areas raised concerns, and the need for a parking space in a car-packed area was challenging.
